Service was absolutely terrible. There was no greeting by the single female plastic employee who had nothing else to do as there were no other people in the store. It’s almost like they want people to leave. I don’t understand how they believe they can make no profit if they treat people like this. They also primarily sold new gear but a crazy markup. Ignore this place if you can.

I have been searching for some thrifted hiking poles all over town, and the man working today took me right to their selection, helped me put them together, and for $15 I am so impressed! It really made my day!

If you need to sell some used sporting goods, this is the place. They bought half of what I brought up there, and gave me 💰. The gentleman running the register and checking out my stuff was pretty cool too. 👍

I recently purchased a rowing machine from Play It Again Sports, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Not only did I find a high-quality rower at an unbeatable price, but the level of customer service was beyond impressive. After noticing the tension needed some adjustments, I reached out to their team, and they went above and beyond by coming to my house to ensure everything was working flawlessly. Their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their products truly set them apart. If you’re looking for excellent deals on fitness equipment and a team that genuinely cares about their customers, Play It Again Sports is the place to go. Highly recommend!
